Illegal Extension to Cafe Demolished in Almaty
An illegal extension to a cafe in Almaty has been demolished after authorities found it was built without permits.
The Urban Planning Control Department of Almaty announced the demolition of an illegal extension to a cafe located at 43 Kurmangazy Street.
During an unscheduled inspection, it was determined that the owner had constructed the extension without the necessary permits, leading to administrative action. The Special Interdistrict Administrative Court of Almaty found the owner guilty and ordered the demolition of the unauthorized structure.
The structure was dismantled by the owner in compliance with the court's decision.
