This Privacy Policy (the "Policy") defines the procedure for processing and protecting the personal data of users of the zhkh24.kz website (the "Website"). 1.2. The personal data operator is Nomad Property Management LLP, BIN 200540005129, address: 010000, Astana, Alikhan Bokeikhan St. 2, unit 5B (the "Operator"). 1.3. The Policy is developed in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Personal Data and Its Protection" No. 94-V dated 21.05.2013. 1.4. The user's consent to the processing of personal data (including as expressed through actions when using the Website and subscribing). 4.2. Fulfilment of obligations to the user. 4.3. The user is informed in this Policy about the engagement of such a service and possible cross-border data transfer; when a specific service is selected, the Policy is supplemented accordingly. 7.2. The processing of anonymised data by third-party web analytics services is carried out in accordance with the terms of such services. 8. Storage periods 8.1. Personal data is stored no longer than required for the purposes of processing, or for the period established by law. 8.2. The email address provided upon subscription is stored until the user unsubscribes or withdraws consent. 8.3. Once the purposes of processing are achieved, the data is deleted or anonymised. 9. User rights 9.1. To obtain information about the processing of their personal data. 9.2. To request clarification, blocking or deletion of their data. 9.3. To withdraw consent to processing and unsubscribe by sending a request to info@zhkh24.kz or using the unsubscribe link in the email. 10. Data protection 10.1.
