These Terms of Use (the "Terms") govern the relationship between the online media outlet "ZHKH 24" (the zhkh24.kz website, the "Website") and the user. 1.2. The Website owner is Nomad Property Management LLP, BIN 200540005129. 1.3. Using the Website constitutes the user's agreement to these Terms. 2. Website status 2.1. The Website is an online media outlet registered in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan (registration certificate No. KZ90VPY00156907 dated 17.08.2026). 2.2. Website materials are informational in nature and do not constitute legal, financial or other professional advice. The user makes decisions based on the materials independently. 3. Intellectual property and use of materials 3.1. Website materials (texts, images, analytical materials, interactive elements, design) are objects of copyright and are protected by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan. 3.2. The editorial team permits free use and reproduction of Website materials, including in full, on non-commercial and commercial resources, subject to the following mandatory conditions: — indication of the source — the online media outlet "ZHKH 24"; — placement of an active, indexable hyperlink (not closed with the nofollow attribute or by other means) to the original page on the Website; — preservation of the meaning of the material without distortion. 3.3. When reproducing a material in full or in part, the hyperlink to the original is placed within the text or at the beginning of the publication, within the reader's view. 3.4. The editorial team permits embedding of the Website's interactive materials (widgets, maps) on external resources, provided that the link to the Website and the source attribution are preserved. 3.5. The conditions of this section do not apply to materials whose rights belong to third parties (section 4). 4. Use of third-party materials 4.1. Certain materials may be based on information from external sources and contain links to them. The rights to such materials belong to their rights holders. 4.2. When using external materials, the editorial team names the source in accordance with the mass media legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan. 5. Use of artificial intelligence 5.1. When preparing certain materials, the editorial team uses AI tools under editorial supervision. Final materials undergo editorial review. 5.2. Images created using AI that could be perceived as a real photograph of an event or person are accompanied by a corresponding label. 6. User obligations 6.1. Not to use the Website to distribute unlawful information. 6.2. Not to take actions that disrupt the normal operation of the Website. 6.3. To comply with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan when using the Website. 7. Limitation of liability 7.1. The editorial team takes measures to ensure the accuracy of materials but does not guarantee the complete absence of inaccuracies. 7.2. The editorial team is not liable for decisions made by the user based on Website materials. 7.3. The editorial team is not responsible for the content of external resources linked from the Website. 8. Feedback and retractions 8.1. The user may report an inaccuracy in materials by sending a request to info@zhkh24.kz. 8.2. When an inaccuracy is confirmed, the editorial team publishes a clarification or retraction in the manner prescribed by mass media legislation. 9. Changes to the Terms 9.1.
