"ZHKH 24" is a specialised online media outlet covering the housing and utilities sector (ZHKH) of Kazakhstan. We publish news, analysis, explanations of legislation and practical materials for owners of apartments and non-residential premises, condominium management entities and residents.

Our topics: tariffs and payments, ZHKH legislation, capital repairs, condominium property management, communal services, landscaping, subsidies and benefits.

Forms and entities of management. The outlet covers the activities of all forms and entities of management provided for by the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Housing Relations" — homeowners' associations (HOAs), direct joint management, as well as the reorganisation of the formerly operating apartment owners' cooperatives (KSK), and the activities of management companies and apartment building managers.

Editorial policy. Materials are prepared on the basis of official sources (regulatory acts, government data, statistics). We strive for accuracy and neutrality. If an inaccuracy is identified, the editorial team publishes a clarification or correction.

Use of artificial intelligence. When preparing certain materials, the editorial team uses artificial intelligence tools (for processing, structuring and formatting information) under editorial supervision. Final materials undergo editorial review. Images created using AI that could be perceived as a real photograph are accompanied by a corresponding label.
