The majority of citizen inquiries relate to area improvement, street lighting, road repairs, green space development, and the removal of unauthorized dumpsites. All applications are processed within set deadlines, minimizing inconvenience for residents. One of the key benefits of digital services is process transparency. Users can track their request status at each stage, and upon completion, receive a photographic report and the opportunity to assess the quality of the work done.
