Construction work is underway in Astana to install a heating main as part of the project to build heating networks for the SABIS International School.

Due to these works, from 9:00 PM on August 14 to 5:00 AM on August 17, 2026, there will be temporary restrictions on vehicle movement at the intersection of K. Kaisenov Street with T. Ryskulov Street.

Drivers are advised to plan their routes in advance and take the temporary restrictions into account.

To ensure the safety of traffic participants during the work period, the necessary road signs and indicators will be installed.

The Urban Planning Control Department of Almaty announced the demolition of an illegal extension to a cafe located at 43 Kurmangazy Street.

During an unscheduled inspection, it was determined that the owner had constructed the extension without the necessary permits, leading to administrative action. The Special Interdistrict Administrative Court of Almaty found the owner guilty and ordered the demolition of the unauthorized structure.

The structure was dismantled by the owner in compliance with the court's decision.
