Committee and Regional Divisions Invite Public Associations to Review Utilities' Reports
CRNM invites public associations to review 2025 utility reports, focusing on tariff executions and investment programs.
The Committee for the Regulation of Natural Monopolies under the Ministry of National Economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan (CRNM) and its regional divisions are inviting public associations to participate in the review of tariff schedule execution and investment program reports submitted by natural monopoly entities. Currently under review are the reports for the year 2025, which have been posted on the 'Monopolist Database' web portal and are publicly accessible.
According to subparagraph 3) of Article 29 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan 'On Natural Monopolies', public associations are entitled to partake in the review process of tariff projects and investment programs by authorized bodies, as well as in the evaluation of these programs' execution reports and tariff schedules, adherence to quality and reliability standards of regulated services, and the achievement of performance efficiency indicators by the natural monopoly entities.
The CRNM and its regional divisions announce the opportunity for public associations to engage in the report review until July 1, 2026, and welcome any suggestions or comments regarding the reports.
