30 Families on the Housing Waitlist Improve Living Conditions in Shymkent

In Shymkent, 30 families have received new apartments. The key handover ceremony was attended by the city's mayor, Gabit Syzdykbekov.

The apartment buildings are located in the districts of Bozaryk, Akzhaiyk, and Asar-2. The apartments were purchased by citizens participating in the preferential housing programs "2-10-20" and "5-10-20" of "Otbas Bank" JSC, who confirmed their financial eligibility and compliance with the program requirements.

Among the new residents are large families, individuals with disabilities, members of single-parent families, and employees of budget-funded organizations.

These preferential programs enable city residents to acquire housing on affordable terms. For families who have been striving for years to solve their housing issues, obtaining their own apartment represents an opportunity to improve their living conditions.

Notably, the new homes in the Bozaryk district are part of the projects contributing to the modern residential development of the area. As the district develops, necessary conditions for the daily life of residents are being established here.

The demand for affordable housing remains high in Shymkent. Consequently, the city administration continues to increase the volume of housing construction and expand opportunities for acquiring apartments through preferential programs.
