First Beam of Tarlan Astana Line Lifted in Astana Using Special Bridge Launching Equipment

In Astana, the first beam of the Tarlan Astana line system has been lifted using the special DF30/245 bridge launching equipment. This event took place as part of the construction of the line directed towards the city of Kosshy.

The specialized bridge launcher was used for the first time in Kazakhstan, performing a full cycle of operations: lifting the beam, moving it along the overpass on special trolleys, and installing it on supports. This technology significantly accelerates the installation of span structures, minimizing road closures.

The bridge launcher, with a lifting capacity of 245 tons, was specifically designed and manufactured for the Tarlan Astana project, taking into account the characteristics of installing pre-stressed concrete beams. The machine is equipped with an intelligent control system and a remote control, ensuring high precision and safety in operations.

Double-girder gantry cranes from the MGA series, designed for working with heavy concrete structures, are also being used in the construction. The use of specialized equipment ensures adherence to high standards of quality and safety.
