In the Zhetysu Region, the Implementation of the National Project on MESK was Discussed

A workshop dedicated to the National project on the modernization of the energy and utilities sectors was held in the Zhetysu Region. The event took place in the city of Taldykorgan and was aimed at discussing the mechanisms for implementing and providing informational and communication support for the project.

During the meeting, key areas for the project's implementation were considered, including tariff policy, updating engineering infrastructure, as well as mechanisms for state support and funding of sectoral projects. Special attention was given to interdepartmental interaction and enhancing the efficiency of implementing infrastructure initiatives in the regions.

The Deputy Chairman of the Committee for Construction and Housing and Communal Services, Nursultan Keremkulov, noted that the implementation of the National project aims to improve the quality and reliability of water supply, wastewater management, and heating services, as well as to ensure sustainable development of the utilities sector. The successful implementation of the project requires close coordination between central and local executive bodies, as well as effective feedback from the population, - the message states.

Participants also discussed issues of communication support for reforms and strengthening public trust in the ongoing changes in the industry. Following the meeting, opinions and proposals were exchanged regarding further improvement of the mechanisms for implementing the National project.
