Illegal Structure Demolished in Shymkent
Illegal constructions in Shymkent have been demolished following a court ruling. Owners are urged to follow legal guidelines for building.
Specialists from the Urban Environment Quality and Control Department of Shymkent conducted an inspection of two building extensions located at the intersection of Tauke Khan Avenue and A. Baitursynov Street.
The inspection revealed that these facilities, used for selling and repairing mobile phones, are illegally occupying a state-owned land parcel and were constructed without the necessary permits.
The owners of the properties have been held administratively accountable. A lawsuit demanding the demolition of the buildings was filed. The court deemed these structures illegal, and the demolition process is currently underway.
In line with this, we urge property owners to strictly adhere to legal requirements and construction standards before beginning any construction or installation work. Failure to comply with the law may result in hefty fines and the demolition of unauthorized structures, as stated in the announcement.
