40 Families in Shymkent Receive Keys to New Apartments

In the city of Shymkent, 40 families who were on the waiting list for housing have received keys to their new apartments. The ceremonial event saw the participation of the city's mayor, Gabit Syzdykbekov.

The apartments were provided through the preferential mortgage programs of JSC "Otbasу Bank" — "2-10-20" and "5-10-20." The mayor congratulated the residents on their new homes and wished their families prosperity, abundance, peace, and harmony, as well as warmth and coziness for their homes.

The multi-story residential buildings are located in the Asar-2 neighborhood. Among the new residents are families with many children, single-parent families, parents raising children with special needs, and employees of budgetary organizations.

It is noteworthy that in Shymkent, there is ongoing work to improve citizens' housing conditions. The phased commissioning of apartment buildings and existing preferential programs allow residents to acquire housing under affordable conditions.
