Kairat Bekmaganbetov leads the rapid response unit at Astana-REK, ensuring reliable power supply for the city.

Kairat Bekmaganbetov's workday begins well before the capital city settles into its daily routine.
Kairat Kenesovich is the senior supervisor of the rapid response unit at JSC "Astana-REK." The efficiency of his team's actions, quick resolution of issues, and ultimately the reliability of the consumer power supply all depend on his work.
The rapid response unit could be likened to an emergency service for electrical networks. When a request comes in, specialists must quickly assess the situation, determine the cause of the malfunction, and take necessary measures to restore power supply.
The job requires not only professional expertise but also the utmost concentration. The responsibilities of the RRU include cable and overhead lines with voltages of 0.4–6–10–20 kV, complete and transformer substations, distribution points, as well as 15 substations with a voltage of 110 kV.
Kairat Kenesovich began his career at "Astana-REK" in 1984 as an electrician. Over the decades, he rose to the senior master position, gaining extensive professional experience and an in-depth understanding of the capital's electrical grids.

Modern technologies allow for remote monitoring of many processes, yet the specialists of the rapid response unit remain indispensable. A significant portion of the work, including many switching operations, requires the specialists' direct presence on-site.
For Kairat Kenesovich, safety is not just a formality but a daily work principle. Attention to detail, discipline, and responsibility have become integral parts of his profession.
An adal azamat is someone who diligently performs their duties, remains reliable among colleagues, and understands the importance of their work for others. It is through such specialists that the energy of responsibility is created—the energy of those who ensure the reliability of the capital's power supply every day.

The main advantage of this technology lies in its ability to update utility networks without the need for large-scale earthworks or fully exposing the road surface.
As a result, the volume of earthwork is reduced, and the inconvenience for road users and residents is minimized.
Modern technologies are the foundation of quality and efficient infrastructure, reports ZHKH24, citing the website of Shymkent’s Department of Energy and Infrastructure Development.
