Water Drainage Networks to Be Installed in Kairat District, Almaty

From August 28 to October 16, 2026, water drainage network installation will take place in the Kairat District of Almaty for the residential complex 'Jeti Qazyna,' located at Plot 300, Kairat District. This was reported by the city's Department of Energy and Water Supply.

Due to the construction work, there will be partial restrictions on vehicle traffic in certain sections of the streets.

The network installation will occur in three sections. The first section will run from the connection point at 1a Korimdik Street to the intersection of Taraz and Bayge Streets, with work scheduled from August 31 to September 30.

The second section extends from the intersection of Taraz and Bayge Streets to the intersection of Sultal and Bayge Streets. These works will be conducted from September 30 to October 15.

The third section will stretch from the intersection of Sulutal and Bayge Streets to Sybyzgy Street. The installation here is planned from August 31 to September 30.

The project includes the installation of sewerage systems and the subsequent landscaping of the area.

Residents and drivers are encouraged to understand the temporary inconveniences, take traffic restrictions into account when planning their routes, and adhere to the temporary road signs.
