In the village of Kyzylsuat, Akmola Region, 730 subscribers have gained access to gas. This advancement was made possible through the completion of gasification efforts, part of the systematic work by the Ministry of Energy to expand the gas infrastructure and provide the population with natural gas.

According to JSC “QazaqGaz Aimaq,” the project included the construction of 67.3 km of gas pipeline, and the installation of one gas regulator and eight cabinet-type gas regulating stations. The infrastructure laid down enables the phased connection of residential homes to the gas supply network.

Overall, by 2026, 40 gasification projects will be implemented across the country, including seven ongoing projects. Upon their completion, approximately 37,000 more people will gain access to natural gas.

Efforts to expand gas supply coverage continue under directives from the Head of State. By 2035, the country's gasification level is planned to increase to 80%.
