Preventative Raids on 'Law and Order' Conducted in Astana Parks

In Astana, regular preventative raids are being carried out to maintain public order and cleanliness. The latest of these took place at the city's Triathlon Park under the initiative 'Law and Order' and the 'Taza Kazakhstan' campaign. The aim of the event was to ensure the maintenance of public order, cleanliness of the area, and the prevention of offenses, as reported by the official website of the Astana mayor's office.

During the raid, representatives from the mayor's office and law enforcement agencies engaged with both residents and visitors at the park. They emphasized the importance of adhering to rules of conduct in public spaces, cleaning up after recreational activities, preventing pollution, and observing the ban on making open fires in unauthorized areas.

"As part of the 'Taza Kazakhstan' campaign, weekly preventative raids are organized in the parks of the Almaty district. Parks like 'Zheruyik' and the Triathlon Park are some of the most frequented relaxation spots in our district. Residents often hold picnics outdoors and sometimes fail to follow the rules, leaving behind trash. To prevent this, we are constantly conducting raids and carrying out informative work with the public," noted Altynay Musayeva, the chief specialist of the internal policy department of the Almaty district mayor’s office.

Meanwhile, local police officers monitor public order and cleanliness during these raids.

"On our administrative section, we conduct daily preventative raids. Our main goal is to instill a culture of cleanliness among citizens, ensure order, and prevent pollution. In parks, we specifically ensure that people do not litter in prohibited areas and do not damage natural zones. Every resident should contribute to the city's cleanliness and order. Since the beginning of the year, 2,691 offenders have been held accountable under Article 505 of the Kazakhstan Administrative Offences Code, and over 30 offenses have been recorded under Article 434-2," reported Nurali Tanirbergenov, the senior inspector responsible for organizing the operations at Police Precinct No.4 of the Almaty district police department in Astana.

It's worth noting that events like this in the Triathlon Park are regularly held to reinforce the 'Law and Order' principle and preserve the cleanliness of the urban environment under the 'Taza Kazakhstan' initiative.
