Representatives of RSE 'Gosexpertiza' participated in the plenary session of AstanaBuild 2026
RSE 'Gosexpertiza' representatives joined the plenary session at AstanaBuild 2026 to discuss construction innovation and digitalization in Kazakhstan.

Representatives of RSE 'Gosexpertiza' participated in the plenary session of the international exhibition AstanaBuild 2026 on the theme 'Building Code and Digitalization of the Industry: New Rules, Technologies, and Construction Management in Kazakhstan'.
The event took place at the International Exhibition Center EXPO and gathered representatives from key organizations in the construction industry, including the Department of State Architectural and Construction Control of the city of Astana, JSC 'KazNIIOSA', the National Association of Designers of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Union of Builders of Kazakhstan, the Urban Planning Center of the city of Astana, Astana IT University, as well as the international company PlanRadar.
The moderator of the plenary session was Deputy General Director for Digitalization of RSE 'Gosexpertiza' Salamat Serikhaliev. During the session, participants discussed the latest changes in the construction industry, as well as issues of digital transformation in the sector, including the implementation of BIM technologies and solutions based on artificial intelligence.

During the session, representatives of RSE 'Gosexpertiza' Abay Arman and Kashkimbaev Saken spoke about the implementation of machine-readable formats of cost estimation documentation, as well as the launch of the Unified Construction Portal Qportal and the submission of BIM projects for expertise.
The plenary session concluded with an open discussion, during which participants emphasized the importance of transitioning to a systemic management approach in the construction industry and further digitalization, as well as discussing practical aspects of implementing modern technologies and answering questions from the audience.
