Discussion of proposals from members of the Public Council

Today, the head of the region, Murat Yergeshbaev, met with members of the regional Public Council. The meeting also included heads of departments and representatives of the media.

The head of the region congratulated the participants of the meeting on the enactment of the new Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan and emphasized the historical significance of the constitutional reforms initiated by the Head of State in renewing the political system of the country.

"In the new Constitution, the protection of human rights and freedoms, ensuring the rule of law, increasing the efficiency of state institutions, and creating a society based on the principles of a Just Kazakhstan have been identified as the main priorities. These changes will strengthen trust between the state and society and provide citizens with new opportunities for active participation in the development of the country."

The Public Council is a golden bridge between the authorities and the society, an important institution that connects the interests of the country and the demands of the people. I am confident that your life experience, opinions on national issues, and proposals will guide our further work.

During the meeting, opinions were expressed by members of the regional Public Council, academician of the National Academy of Sciences, professor Qylyshbay Bisenov, deputies of the district maslikhat Zhorabek Nuryimbetov, Qairat Yernazarov, director of the Krasnoyarsk Pedagogical College named after M. MAMETOV, children's rights commissioner in the region Zhaksygul Toganova, private entrepreneur Pirumukhamet Syzdik, and editor-in-chief of the TV channel "Qyzylorda" Aйнур Тungyshbayeva.

The creation of a constructive dialogue platform on current issues is of great significance for the Public Council. Members of the council actively participate in discussing urgent issues in the field of socio-economic development, education, healthcare, culture, ecology, and other areas, expressing the interests of residents.

At today's meeting, proposals were also voiced regarding the gasification of settlements, effective use of water resources, return of historical sites to state ownership, housing construction, and implementation of investment projects.
