Discussed issues of social housing

The Deputy Chairman of the Committee for Construction and Housing and Communal Services of the Ministry of Industry and Construction of the Republic of Kazakhstan Kanat Mynbaev held a working meeting with the Deputy Chairman of the Management Board of JSC "Otbası Bank" Zhansultan Matay and Managing Director of JSC "Otbası Bank" Azat Ashimov. The meeting was also attended by the head of the Department of the Committee for Construction and Housing and Communal Services Asem Alzhanova and Marat Zharbulov.

During the meeting, the current conditions for the implementation of state mortgage programs "2-10-20" and "5-10-20", the pace of rental housing distribution, and the mechanisms for improving existing approaches to their implementation were discussed.

Effective interaction between government bodies and financial institutions is one of the key conditions for improving state housing policy, ensuring its effectiveness, and protecting the housing rights of citizens.

Following the meeting, appropriate instructions were given aimed at improving the mechanisms for implementing state support measures provided to citizens in need of better housing conditions, reports ЖКХ24 citing the website of the Committee for Construction and Housing and Communal Services of the Ministry of Industry and Construction of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
