KREM to Hold Public Hearing on Application by JSC "Kazakhstan Temir Zholy"

On July 31, 2026, at 11:00, the Committee for the Regulation of Natural Monopolies under the Ministry of National Economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan will conduct a public hearing. This event will be held as part of the review of applications by JSC "Kazakhstan Temir Zholy" regarding adjustments to the approved tariff for trunk railway network services before the expiration of its effective period and by LLP "KTZ – Freight Transportation" for an increase in the ceiling price for locomotive traction, along with investment program projects.

The public hearing will take place at Kunayev Street 6, JSC "Kazakhstan Temir Zholy" building, Block A, 16th Floor, meeting room.

The public hearing will see participation from deputies of the maslikhat of the Republic of Kazakhstan, representatives from local self-government bodies, state authorities, natural monopoly entities, media outlets, public associations, independent experts, consumers, and other interested parties. Applications by JSC "Kazakhstan Temir Zholy" and LLP "KTZ – Freight Transportation" are available for public access.
