Ceremonial event dedicated to Civil Servants Day
A ceremonial meeting for Civil Servants Day was held at the Ministry of Industry and Construction of Kazakhstan, celebrating public service contributions and new constitutional roles.

On June 23, a ceremonial meeting dedicated to Civil Servants Day took place at the Ministry of Industry and Construction of the Republic of Kazakhstan. During the event, Deputy Minister Rakhymzhan Isakulev congratulated the ministry staff on their professional holiday and emphasized the important role of public service in the socio-economic development of the country and the improvement of citizens' well-being.
The deputy minister noted that public service is a special sphere requiring a high level of responsibility, professionalism, and devoted service to the interests of the state. He also discussed the initiatives of the Head of State aimed at increasing the efficiency of the public administration system, improving the quality of public services, and ensuring transparency in the work of the government apparatus.
"The team of the Ministry of Industry and Construction is carrying out important tasks aimed at the industrial development of the country, improving the construction sector, enhancing investment attractiveness, and achieving sustainable economic growth," said Rakhymzhan Isakulev.
As part of the ceremonial meeting, an oath-taking ceremony was held for civil servants who were entering public service for the first time. The oath was taken by Gulzhaina Auestbek, an expert from the Finance and Subordinate Organizations Management of the Committee for Construction and Housing and Communal Services, and Birzhan Buribekov, an expert from the Financial and Administrative Management of the Ministry of Industry.
During the event, several employees were awarded for their contributions to the development of public service and the sector. The Medal of the Ministry of National Economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan "For Contribution to Economic Development" was awarded to the chairmen of the Committees for industry Azamat Panbaev, for construction and housing and communal services Bakytzhan Junisbekov, and to the deputy chairman of the Committee for Geology Kanat Yerbaev.
The sign of the Agency for Civil Service Affairs "Best Civil Servant" was awarded to Olga Krechetova, head of the Strategic and Program Document Monitoring Department of the Ministry of Industry.
The sign of the Agency for Civil Service Affairs "Veteran of Public Service" was received by Zahra Utaeva, chief expert of the Finance and Subordinate Organizations Management of the Committee for Construction and Housing and Communal Services.
In addition, the event particularly emphasized the role of civil servants in implementing the requirements of the new Constitution, adopted in a national referendum this year, which will come into force on July 1.
At the end of the event, the ministry's leadership expressed gratitude to civil servants for their conscientious work, high professionalism, and contribution to the development of the country, wishing them health, well-being, and further success in their work.
