The Ministry of Energy is placing special emphasis on preparing the fuel and energy sector for the upcoming 2026–2027 autumn-winter period. Reliable operation of the gas infrastructure is a key factor for stable and uninterrupted energy supply to consumers during winter peak loads.

As part of these efforts, JSC "QazaqGaz Aimaq" continues its comprehensive preparation of the gas system for the upcoming 2026–2027 autumn-winter period. The company is responsible for 77,000 km of gas distribution networks and the facilities and structures located on them. Currently, the overall readiness level stands at 91%.
