In Zhetysu, more than 1.4 million square meters of housing built in 4 years: 41 families celebrated housewarming

Since the formation of the Zhetysu region, more than 1.4 million square meters of housing have been constructed. Last year, over 630 citizens were provided with housing in the regional center, and this year, approximately 1,400 more people will celebrate housewarming, including 41 families, who were ceremoniously handed the keys to their homes at the Saltanat Sarai in Taldykorgan, reported the press service of the akim of the Zhetysu region.

The housing was provided in the cottage community "Bereke," the residential area "Zhashtar-3," the neighborhoods "Shyghys" and "Kulagher," as well as on K. Zhalairi Avenue.

On behalf of the head of the region, the mayor of the city, Yernat Bazyil, congratulated the new homeowners, noting that providing affordable housing for the population is one of the main priorities of state policy. The pace of housing construction in the city is growing every year, and this work is under special control of the akim of the region. He handed the keys to new homes to those on the waiting list who belong to socially vulnerable categories of citizens, including orphans, children left without parental care, large families, and single-parent families.

Among the new homeowners is the mother of many children, Nazgul Balabekova, who received the keys to a new home in the residential area "Zhashtar-3." She expressed gratitude for the opportunity provided, noting that this day has become special for her family.

Taldykorgan resident Saniya Mundaeva shared her impressions, having become the owner of her own home after sixteen years. She emphasized the importance of this event for her family.
