Seminar on Legislative Changes Held at Ministry of Energy

A seminar focusing on the key changes in national legislation was held at the Ministry of Energy, featuring representatives from the Institute of Parliamentarism.

The event was attended by leaders and staff from various departments of the Ministry of Energy, as well as representatives from the Institute of Parliamentarism.

During the seminar, Sholpan Saimova, Head of the Center for Public Legislation and Government Administration of the Institute of Parliamentarism, presented the major new provisions of the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Special attention was given to the key changes and their significance for the system of government administration.

Marzhan Zhiembayeva, Head of the Center for Agricultural Issues, Ecology, and Environmental Legislation, briefed attendees on the new provisions of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Civil Service of the Republic of Kazakhstan."

Throughout the event, Ministry employees had the opportunity to pose questions to the speakers and discuss the provisions of the updated legislation, as well as their practical application in the work of government bodies.

The seminar served as a platform for enhancing the legal literacy of civil servants and clarifying the current legislative changes in the Republic of Kazakhstan.
