Almaty Street in Astana will be closed for repairs until the end of the year. Drivers and pedestrians should plan accordingly.
A section of Almaty Street in Astana will be closed until the end of the year for repairs.
As part of the project "Construction of a Transport Tunnel on Almaty Street from Mangilik El Avenue to Sauran Street," starting from August 15 and continuing until the end of the current year, Almaty Street will be completely closed from Turkestan Street to Mangilik El Avenue, according to the official website of the Astana Mayor's Office.
However, the intersections of Almaty/Turkestan and Almaty/Mangilik El will remain open.
Drivers and pedestrians are urged to understand these changes and consider them in advance when planning routes around the city. Temporary road signs and indicators will be installed to ensure safety and minimize inconvenience.
