Final Testing of Heating Networks in Almaty from September 9 to 18, 2026

From September 9 to 18, 2026, Almaty will conduct the final tests of heating networks in seven districts of the city as the last phase of preparation for the new heating season.

Final Phase of Testing: Be Prepared for Possible Incidents

The hydraulic tests of heating networks will take place from September 9 to 18 in seven districts of Almaty, according to Almaty Heating Networks, LLP. The tests will cover both main and distribution pipelines. Work will be conducted daily from 4:00 to 7:00 AM. Residents and visitors to Almaty are advised to be cautious during this period.

Despite safety measures, there may be incidents such as water surfacing or partial road damage. Witnesses to such occurrences are urged to leave the area immediately and contact Almaty Heating Networks, LLP at 351-27-62 (direct line) or 109.

• September 9
• Almaly and Bostandyk districts: Karasai Batyr – Timiryazeva – Shagabutdinova – Rozybakieva;
• Karasai Batyr – Utepova – Rozybakieva – Baizakova.
• Auezov district: Ulugbek – Zhandosova – Saina – Sadvakasova.
• Nauryzbay district: Rayimbek – Zhunisov – Abay – Altyn Orda.
• Zhetysui district: Ainalak-1, -2, -3, -4; Kokmaysa neighborhood; Angarskaya – Makatayeva – Palladina – Pavlodarskaya.

Throughout the designated zones, hot water supply will remain unaffected. The hydraulic tests are intended to assess the condition of the heating networks and to identify any weaknesses in the infrastructure before the heating season begins.
