Court Order Leads to Demolition of Extension at 'Spar' Supermarket in Almaty
The unauthorized extension at 'Spar' supermarket in Almaty has been demolished as per a court order due to lack of permits.
An unauthorized extension at the 'Spar' supermarket located at 510A Sefullin Avenue in Almaty has been demolished following a court order.
According to the Urban Planning Control Department, the demolished structure was constructed without the required permits. During a previous unplanned inspection, the department took administrative actions against 'KBE Group LLP' and issued a directive to address the identified violations.
Due to non-compliance with the directive, the case was taken to court. The Specialized Interdistrict Economic Court upheld the department's claim fully. The structure was demolished by its owner to comply with the court's decision.
