Housing Construction and Infrastructure Development on the Rise in Aktobe Region

One of the key indicators of socio-economic development in the Aktobe Region is housing construction.

Since gaining independence, more than 15 million square meters of housing have been commissioned in the Aktobe Region. The region consistently ranks among the leaders in the country for its housing construction pace over the past three years.

In just the first six months of this year, over 404,000 square meters of housing have been commissioned using all sources of funding, surpassing the figures from the same period last year. By the end of the year, it is planned to commission at least 1 million square meters of housing.

With the increasing pace of housing construction, engineering infrastructure is also developing actively. This year, 3.2 billion tenge from the budget has been allocated to implement four engineering network projects. As a result, 3,809 land plots will be supplied with electricity, gas, and water.
