The Housing Management of the city of Shymkent is conducting a check on rental apartments provided by the state to young people. This initiative is aimed at controlling the effective use of state housing, as well as ensuring compliance with the rental conditions.

In Shymkent, families were handed the keys to new apartments
In Shymkent, 30 families receive keys to new apartments under concessional mortgage programs, enhancing their quality of life.
In Shymkent, under the concessional mortgage programs of JSC "Otbasy Bank" — "2-10-20" and "5-10-20", 30 families received new apartments.
The keys to the new apartments were handed over to the newcomers by the akim of the city, Gabit Syzdykbekov. The apartment buildings are located in the Bozaryk microdistrict. Among those who received housing are large families, families raising children with special needs, as well as budget sector workers.
