PROBLEMS RAISED BY RESIDENTS WILL BE UNDER CONSTANT CONTROL
Murat Yergeshbayev, the Akim of Kyzylorda, addresses citizen concerns on healthcare, social support, and local infrastructure during a reception.
The Akim of the region, Murat Yergeshbayev, held a reception for citizens, where 13 people signed up, of whom two participated online.
Visitors raised issues related to social support, healthcare, communal infrastructure, and employment.
A resident of the city of Kyzylorda emphasized the need for improving medical assistance for patients undergoing hemodialysis. There are 358 people suffering from chronic kidney failure receiving treatment in outpatient hemodialysis centers in the region. The proposals from citizens in need of kidney transplants will be taken into account, and the raised initiatives will be supported.
In addition, a resident of the neighborhood "Sayakhat" made a request to relocate the electrical distribution cabinet located near his home. The application was supported, and the cabinet will be moved.
A resident from the village of Kyzylzharm also attended the reception, who had his house and construction store burned in June. He was assigned social assistance according to the existing norms, and support will also be provided for the construction of new housing.
Each appeal was thoroughly reviewed, and specific tasks were assigned to responsible officials regarding the citizens' appeals. Their implementation will be under constant control.
