Issues on Improvement of the Construction Industry Discussed

The Deputy Minister of Industry and Construction of the Republic of Kazakhstan Kuanidk Kazhkenov held a working meeting with representatives of the National Chamber of Entrepreneurs of the Republic of Kazakhstan "Atameken", the Association of Builders of Kazakhstan, as well as representatives of the construction business.

During the meeting, proposals from the business community regarding amendments and additions to certain regulatory technical documents in the field of architectural, urban planning, and construction activities were discussed.

Opening the meeting, Kuanidk Kazhkenov noted that the Ministry of Industry and Construction consistently maintains an open dialogue with business representatives to improve sector legislation and state regulations. He emphasized that today’s meeting was a continuation of the joint work that began during an extended meeting at the site of the National Chamber of Entrepreneurs "Atameken", which took place in June of this year.

During the discussion, representatives of the Association of Builders of Kazakhstan voiced several proposals aimed at improving the regulatory technical framework. On several issues, the participants of the meeting reached mutual understanding, while some initiatives will be further developed with the participation of authorized state bodies and relevant organizations.

Summing up the meeting, Kuanidk Kazhkenov thanked representatives of the National Chamber of Entrepreneurs "Atameken", the Association of Builders of Kazakhstan, and the business community for the constructive dialogue and emphasized that further improvement of state regulations is only possible with close cooperation between the state, the expert community, and business.
