The TazaQazBot Information System for Solving Improvement Issues
The TazaQazBot system enables residents to report urban issues and enhance their cities' ecological conditions since June 2024.
Since June 2024, the TazaQazBot information system has been operational, allowing residents to contribute to the improvement of the ecological situation and the beautification of their cities. In case of issues such as unauthorized dumps, overflowing containers, faulty street lighting, or damaged roads, residents can report these problems through the TazaQazBot chat bot.
To submit a complaint, it is necessary to send a photograph, specify the location, and briefly describe the issue. Messages are directed to the relevant authorities for further consideration and necessary actions. According to the Regional Department of Jeti-Su · Energy and Housing and Communal Services, initiatives of this kind contribute to the creation of a cleaner, more comfortable, and safer urban environment.
