Housing Management Forum Held in Atyrau
A forum in Atyrau discussed housing management reforms, emphasizing responsibility, trust, and transparency in the housing sector.
In the city of Atyrau, a forum-seminar "House Management: Responsibility, Trust, Result" took place within the framework of the party project of the AMANAT party "TURGYNDAR AMANATY".
During the event, discussions were held on legislative changes in the field of housing and communal services (HCS), increasing the transparency of managing multi-apartment housing stock, and enhancing the participation of owners. The goal of the "TURGYNDAR AMANATY" project is to develop a modern and effective housing sector management system.
The forum was attended by the Director of the Department of Housing Relations and Technical Regulation of the Joint Stock Company "Kazakhstan Center for Modernization and Development of HCS" Margulan Abdukarimov, the deputy akim of the city of Atyrau Tilek Mahumov, deputies, industry experts, and representatives of management organizations.
As a result of the meeting, the necessity of uniting the efforts of the government, management organizations, and citizens for the further improvement of the HCS system was highlighted, reports HCS24, referring to the website of the Committee for Construction and Housing and Communal Services of the Ministry of Industry and Infrastructural Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
