Affordable Housing: In Shymkent, 31 Family Received Keys to New Apartments
31 families in Shymkent received keys to new apartments through mortgage programs, enhancing affordable housing opportunities.
In Shymkent, 31 family became owners of new apartments, receiving keys as part of the existing mortgage programs. The construction of new housing and the implementation of programs create additional opportunities for citizens to acquire their own housing under affordable conditions.
One of the most effective mechanisms are the subsidized mortgage programs of JSC "Otbasy Bank" — "2-10-20" and "5-10-20". Today, 31 families who participated in these programs received new housing.
The keys to the apartments were handed over to the newcomers by the mayor of Shymkent, Gabit Syzdykbekov. The apartments are provided in multi-apartment residential buildings in the Akzhaik microdistrict.
Among the newcomers are citizens with disabilities, large families, families raising children with special needs, as well as budget sector workers.
The occupancy of the apartments continues in stages — as urban microdistricts develop and new residential buildings are put into operation, reports ZHKH24, citing the Housing Management website of Shymkent.
