IN SHYMKENT, ACCESSIBLE HOUSING CONTINUES TO BE PROVIDED TO RESIDENTS
In Shymkent, government initiatives are providing residents with affordable housing, with 30 families receiving keys to new apartments.
In the city of Shymkent, government measures aimed at providing residents with affordable housing are being implemented on a systematic basis. As part of the preferential mortgage programs of JSC "Otbasy Bank" "2-10-20" and "5-10-20", another 30 families have become owners of their own apartments.
The keys to the new apartments were handed over to the newcomers by the akim of Shymkent, Gabit Syzdykbekov. The new residential buildings are located in the Bozaryk microdistrict.
Among the program participants are citizens with disabilities, large families, families raising children with special needs, as well as budget sector workers.
It should be noted that the phased implementation of state housing policy contributes to improving the quality of life for the population and allows for targeted assistance to citizens in need of improved housing conditions. Work in this direction will continue.
