In Shymkent, 46 families from vulnerable groups receive keys to new rental apartments, enhancing their housing stability.

In the Asar-2 district of Shymkent, 46 families have been handed the keys to rental apartments. These apartments are provided from the municipal housing fund to citizens from socially vulnerable groups.
Among the recipients are people with disabilities, single-parent families, families raising children with special needs, large families, as well as orphans and children without parental care.
Participating in the official ceremony was the city mayor, Gabit Syzdykbekov, who congratulated the new residents on this significant occasion and noted that systematic work is being done in this area.
"Providing citizens with affordable and quality housing is one of the key priorities of state policy. Having one's own home means not just a new beginning for each family, but also a foundation of stability, future confidence, and well-being," remarked the city mayor in the statement.
Overall, last year, 1,529 apartments were purchased from the market for socially vulnerable groups. Currently, some of them have been taken into balance, while registration procedures and apartment distribution through JSC "Otbas Bank" are underway for the rest.
