Seminar on Crime Prevention and Public Oversight Held in Kostanay
A seminar on crime prevention and public oversight took place in Kostanay, featuring discussions on legislation and ethical standards for civil servants.
A seminar-meeting was held at the Department of Construction, Architecture, and Urban Planning of the Kostanay Region, attended by A. Baylin, head of the public organization 'ADAL DOS Prevention,' and Ethics Commissioner K. Sündikov.
The seminar addressed issues related to adherence to the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Ethical Code for civil servants, crime prevention, disciplinary offenses, implementation of the 'Adal Azamat' Concept, combating illegal gambling and gambling addiction, as well as the 'Law and Order' Concept and adherence to the principles of a secular state.
