Preparations for the Heating Season Discussed at Zhagalau Residential Complex in Astana

A working meeting was held at the Zhagalau Residential Complex to address the management and maintenance of the multi-apartment building. The meeting was chaired by Malik Yerkebulan, Deputy Head of the Housing and Housing Inspection Department.

During the meeting, the Chairman of the Homeowners' Association, V. Latysh, presented a report on the preparation of the residential complex for the upcoming heating season.

The following issues were discussed:

• Execution of scheduled technical work and preparation of engineering networks;
• Technical condition of the heating and elevator units;
• Sanitary maintenance of the surrounding territory, servicing of playgrounds, and common areas.

Additionally, representatives from the Housing and Housing Inspection Department offered practical advice to the Homeowners' Association Chairman and council members on effective home management, collaboration with service organizations, and ensuring transparent reporting to owners.

Such meetings encourage constructive dialogue between residents, management bodies, and government structures, enabling prompt resolution of housing and communal services issues and improving the quality of multi-apartment building maintenance.
