Astana Mayor Zhenis Kassymbek announced on his Instagram page the endorsement of investment projects during the meeting of the investment headquarters.

The meeting considered projects such as the construction of a factory for producing insulated glass units and facade systems, an industrial technology center for manufacturing elevators, escalators, and other lifting mechanisms, as well as a production and logistics complex for non-alcoholic beverages and a cosmetics and perfumery manufacturing facility with storage spaces.

The total amount of investments for the proposed projects is estimated at around 40 billion tenge. Their implementation is planned for 2026–2029 and is expected to create over 1,700 new jobs.

Last year, about 2.5 trillion tenge was attracted to the capital's economy, encompassing projects in manufacturing, logistics, transportation, social infrastructure, and other key economic sectors.

"We hold regional investment headquarters meetings regularly and provide comprehensive support to investors at all stages of project implementation," noted Zhenis Kassymbek, as stated in the announcement.
