Issues of Housing Legislation and Distribution of Rental Housing Discussed
Meeting at 'Otbasy Bank' discusses housing legislation and rental housing distribution in Kazakhstan, focusing on issues and proposals for improvement.
During the meeting held at the platform of "Otbasy Bank" JSC, chaired by the Deputy Minister of Industry and Construction of the Republic of Kazakhstan Kuandyk Kazkenov, current issues of housing legislation and approaches to the distribution of rental housing were discussed.
The meeting was attended by the Deputy Chairman of the Board of "Otba sy Bank" JSC Zhansultan Mataev, the Managing Director of the bank Azat Ashimov, the Deputy Head of the Housing and Housing Control Department of the city of Nur-Sultan Beisen Usenov, as well as representatives of the public funds "Ruh Tylar", "Don’t be Silent, Orphan", "Ana Rukhy", "Bakytty Shanyrak" and the sectoral trade union "Kyzmet".

During the meeting, relevant issues of housing legislation, approaches to the distribution of rental housing, and proposals for its further improvement were discussed. Participants addressed existing problematic aspects, exchanged views, and developed a number of recommendations.
As a result of the meeting, the proposals voiced will be considered in the future work aimed at improving housing policy, reports ZHKH24, referring to the website of the Committee for Construction and Housing and Communal Services of the Ministry of Industry and Infrastructure Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
