The head of the region instructed the institutions "Kyzylorda Distribution Networks", "Kyzylorda Water System" and "Kyzylorda Combined Heat and Power Plant" to organize the work on the modernization of electric, thermal, drinking and sewage networks efficiently and in a timely manner.

In addition, the department for regulating natural monopolies was instructed to expedite the inclusion of projects in the tariff estimate of utility enterprises. One of the main priorities is to ensure uninterrupted provision of utility services to consumers, for which the responsible institutions must organize their work in a coordinated and effective manner.
