Kaundyk Kazhkenov held a reception for citizens

The Deputy Minister of Industry and Construction of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Kaundyk Kazhkenov, held a reception for citizens at the Citizen Reception Center.

During the reception, issues related to the activities of expert organizations in the construction sector, compliance with requirements for the commissioning of residential facilities, as well as the quality of completed construction and provision of engineering infrastructure for residential complexes were raised.

Also considered were appeals related to housing provision, including within the framework of state housing programs, and issues of registration and promotion in queues for housing and land plots.

Separate appeals concerned the activities of government bodies in the field of architectural and construction control and the legality of issued directives.

Respondents received appropriate explanations on all voiced issues.

The Ministry of Industry and Construction of the Republic of Kazakhstan continues systematic and open work with the population, including carrying out regular personal receptions, with the aim of increasing transparency, decision-making effectiveness, and the quality of life of citizens.
