The Management of State Procurement and Municipal Property of the West Kazakhstan Region has concluded and is operating 90 lease agreements for regional municipal property as of February 1, 2026. Revenue from rental payments totaled 18.8 million tenge.

• premises with equipment for 2 months with an area of 391.9 sq.m. in a building located at: ZKO, Terekti District, Podstepnoye village, Bereke microdistrict, Building 29;
• premises with equipment for 4 months with an area of 391.9 sq.m. in a building located at: ZKO, Terekti District, Podstepnoye village, Bereke microdistrict, Building 29.
