Housing Management Forum Held in the City of Kyzylorda
A forum on housing management was held in Kyzylorda, focusing on transparency and owner participation in managing multi-apartment housing.
A discussion in the format of a forum-seminar titled "HOUSING MANAGEMENT: RESPONSIBILITY, TRUST, RESULT" was held in the city of Kyzylorda under the party project of the AMANAT Party "TURGYNDAR AMANATY".
The working meeting was attended by the Deputy Chairman of the Committee for Construction and Housing and Communal Services Kanat Mynbayev, the Director of the Department of Housing Relations and Technical Regulation of the JSC "Kazakhstan Center for Modernization and Development of Housing and Communal Services" Margulan Abdukarimov, deputies, industry experts, and representatives of management organizations.
During the discussion, current changes in legislation in the field of housing and communal services, issues of increasing transparency in the management of multi-apartment housing stock, and enhancing the participation of owners were addressed. It was emphasized that the "TURGYNDAR AMANATY" project is aimed at developing a modern and efficient housing sector management system.
