30 Families in Shymkent Enhance Their Housing Conditions

In Shymkent, 30 families have moved into new apartments. The key handover ceremony was attended by the city's akim, Gabit Syzdykbekov.

The apartment buildings are located in the Bozaryk, Akzhaik, and Asar-2 neighborhoods. The apartments were purchased by citizens participating in the preferential housing programs "2-10-20" and "5-10-20" offered by Otbasy Bank JSC, who demonstrated their financial capability and met the program's requirements.

Among the new residents are large families, people with disabilities, members of single-parent families, as well as employees of budgetary organizations.

These preferential programs enable city residents to buy homes under favorable conditions. For families who have been aiming to resolve their housing issues for years, owning a property is a significant step towards improving their living conditions.

The new buildings in the Bozaryk neighborhood are part of a modern residential complex development. As the area grows, essential conditions for daily life of the residents are being established.

There is a high demand for affordable housing in Shymkent. In response, the city administration continues to expand housing construction volumes and enhance opportunities for acquiring apartments through preferential programs.
