In Shymkent, 40 families have received new, well-appointed apartments under a rent-to-own program. The keys were handed over to the new residents by the mayor, Gabit Syzdykbekov.

This mechanism differs from regular renting as it allows tenants to eventually purchase the apartments. The apartment buildings in the Bozaryk neighborhood are equipped with all necessary utilities and infrastructure.

Among those receiving the apartments are families with children who have special needs, single-parent families, orphans and children without parental care, as well as citizens equated to World War II veterans.

This distribution of apartments is part of ongoing efforts to develop the affordable housing fund in the city. Special attention is given not only to the quantity of apartments provided but also to the conditions under which families can utilize them.

In Astana, resurfacing work will be conducted on K. Amanzholov Street, specifically between Sh. Kaldayakov Street and Railymbek Batyra Street. As a result, this section will be completely closed to traffic from August 26 to 29.

Drivers and pedestrians are advised to plan their routes in advance and take potential changes into account. Temporary road signs and indicators will be installed to ensure safety and minimize inconvenience.
