Father and Three Sons Working in Public Services in Astana

Today, Temirkhan Pirimbet, who is dedicated to maintaining the cleanliness and beautification of Astana on a daily basis, is followed by his three sons. The father, an employee of 'Astana Tazalyq' and a heavy machinery operator, instills a sense of hard work and shares his experience with his children. The involvement of several family members in public services clearly demonstrates generational continuity, reports the official website of the capital's administration.

Temirkhan Pirimbet starts his workday at 6 a.m. He first arrives at the company's base, where the workday begins with a mandatory health check to ensure safety and responsibility in the workplace.

Temirkhan operates a Mercedes-Benz Unimog 400. According to him, this vehicle is one of the most versatile for city cleaning.

"My vehicle, the Mercedes-Benz Unimog 400, is very convenient and multifunctional. It adapts to various tasks depending on the season. In summer, it's used for watering streets, cleaning roads, and public areas, while in winter, it's for snow removal. This machinery plays a crucial role in maintaining the city's cleanliness," says Temirkhan.

His daily route depends on the tasks assigned. He first refuels with water at the water pump station on Sharbakty Street, then heads to the Sarayshyq Street area for road cleaning and washing.

"Each season poses its challenges. We work in both heat and cold. The Astana winter is particularly tough. Working outside in the freezing cold is a real test. During cold times, we're provided with hot meals. Such care boosts our morale," shares Temirkhan Pirimbet.

Today, his three sons continue their father's path, adopting his diligent work ethic and experience.

"I have three sons, and all three follow in my footsteps. This fills me with great pride. My children consult with me. If they have technical issues, they seek my advice. I share my experience, give advice, and help out. But as a father, I don't limit myself to work-related advice. Every evening, over family dinners, I ask how their day went. I listen to their challenges and questions. After all, a working person needs support and wisdom. I teach my sons to work honestly and with full responsibility," he says.

For those who work in this field, city cleanliness is not just a job but a civic duty.

"We have a saying: 'Cleanliness is the foundation of health, and health is the foundation of wealth.' We must start with ourselves. A clean environment is a sign of health and culture. Over the years, I've learned one truth: collective effort always bears fruit. If everyone takes care of their yards, streets, and city, we can achieve a lot. We work for the cleanliness of Astana. Residents who value order can contribute to the prosperity of the capital," says Temirkhan Pirimbet.

Labor Day is a holiday that pays tribute to hardworking people dedicated to their craft. Temirkhan Pirimbet's family, starting their workday at six in the morning and working in any weather for the cleanliness of the streets, is a vivid example of professional succession.
