Astana Discusses Pipeline Diagnostics and Export Potential
Astana's Public Council discusses pipeline diagnostics and export potential for oil and gas at a meeting led by Zhakyp Khairushev.
The Public Council examined issues related to internal pipeline diagnostics and the development of export potential.
A meeting of the Public Council of the Ministry of Energy took place in Astana under the chairmanship of Zhakyp Khairushev. Participants included Vice Minister of Energy Kayyrkhan Tutkyshbayev, members of the Public Council, and heads of the ministry's structural subdivisions.
The agenda covered topics such as internal pipeline diagnostics, the liberalization of pricing and exchange trading, as well as the exploration of alternative oil export routes.
Additionally, discussions included progress toward forming a unified oil and gas market within the Eurasian Economic Union framework.
The outcomes of the discussion led to the adoption of several recommendations aimed at further enhancing work in the reviewed areas.
