A working meeting was held at KazNIISA JSC with a representative from the international IT company SiriusOne, which specializes in developing artificial intelligence solutions. The primary focus of the discussion was the application of AI technologies in Kazakhstan's construction industry.

Participants explored the prospects of using AI for automating business processes, analyzing large data sets and regulatory technical documentation, developing intelligent information systems, and implementing predictive analytics. This approach can enable more accurate management decisions throughout all stages of the lifecycle of construction projects.

Particular attention was given to modern digital tools for building and structure operations. Specifically, the potential use of IoT sensors was discussed for monitoring the technical condition of facilities, enhancing safety, improving energy efficiency, and reducing operational costs.

Experts from KazNIISA JSC presented guests with the results of Kazakhstan's digital transformation in the construction sector, discussed the progress of implementing information modeling technologies for construction projects, and outlined the activities of buildingSMART Kazakhstan aimed at developing international standards for digital construction and BIM technologies in the country.

"Today, artificial intelligence is not just an emerging technology but a tangible tool for improving the efficiency of the construction industry. Its application can significantly accelerate information processing, enhance the quality of decisions made, and open new opportunities for the digital ecosystem development in construction," noted the participants.

Following the negotiations, both sides expressed interest in further professional collaboration, competency exchange, and joint project development aimed at implementing advanced digital technologies in Kazakhstan's construction sector.
