Educational institutions in Astana are conducting class sessions titled “Preventing Vandalism and Graffiti in Public Places.” This time, the event was held at School-Lyceum No. 11 named after Uzbekali Zhanibekov, under the jurisdiction of the city's Department of Education.

Representatives from the Prosecutor’s Office, the Astana Department of Education, and the Police Department participated in these events. During the class sessions, students discussed issues concerning the respectful treatment of public property, preservation of common spaces, and the legal liabilities associated with damaging someone else's property.

The main objective of these meetings is to instill a sense of civic responsibility and care for public property among teenagers, prevent offenses, and explain the consequences of such actions.

“Since last year, numerous events have been conducted under the 'Law and Order' initiative and the 'Adal Adam' program. This particular meeting is dedicated to preventing vandalism in public places. The main goal is to cultivate a culture of respect for public property among the younger generation. The students actively participated in this meeting, which was held in a discussion format,” explained Zamzagul Kamesheva, director of School-Lyceum No. 11 named after Uzbekali Zhanibekov, as noted in the report.
